One of the most talented Englishman over the past decade, Grealish is a great dribbler, with an eye for incisive pass and trickery. Something that prevents him from reaching a better output is his lack of vision, and a one dimensional playing style which makes him looks so conservative at times. This is apparent in his first season at Manchester City, Pep seems to struggle how to really utilize his skillset, due to the lack of eagerness to create and attack.
Originally an AMF, he could also play as CMF or WF. Dribbling wise he's one of the best in the entire league, but tends to dive and draw fouls very easily. Also one thing to note from his weakness, he's so often picking the easy option after working so hard with his dribbling, which is very wasteful. He's still relatively young though, so a bit of time under Pep could boast his vision and understanding of the game.
