Glen Johnson has all the quality to be a decent RB. He has great speed, good crosses, very high aggression, good physicality, and great stamina. The thing about him is that he was not reliable defensively, and become a suspect of Liverpool's defensive error for so many times. Same thing can be said about his intelligence in attack. He simply too often taking the wrong decision, and doesn't have enough intelligence to really utilize his impressive skillset. This is quite disappointing because he has a great potential to develop even more as a player, rather than just be considered decent. He simply doesn't have a great footballing brain that could amplify his talent to even more higher level.
